Pre-Cleaning Instructions
Moving Cleans
Please read the information below to learn how to properly prepare for your upcoming Moving Clean!
Avoid extra fees by being prepared! Don't hesitate to contact our office if you have any questions.
Pre-Cleaning Checklist
Tasks to be done by the CLIENT before the Cleaners arrive.
General
Make Sure all children and pets are kept away from cleaners and equipment
The place must be COMPLETELY empty (No furniture or items remaining)!
electricity must be available (Don't shut off your power - we need it to clean)!
Kitchen
remove ALL items in the fridge, cabinets, pantry, oven storage drawer, etc
Bathrooms
Remove aLL items in the cabinets, drawers, shower, etc
Flush all toilets & ensure no bodily fluids are present
Bedrooms
Must be totally empty (I know you're tired of seeing it at this point)!
When in doubt, clear it out and we'll take care of the rest!
By the time we're done... The place will be move-in ready!
